Staff nice but no one told us we didn’t have access to the facilities. Your site showed the facilities. A pool and lovely gardens but our room was around the other side and didn’t have access to the facilities. They told us usually rides stay in those rooms so don’t need the facilities. Your company advertised the facilities for all rooms. So the price was too high when we couldn’t access the pool etc on an extremely hot day/night. You should let people booking through your site that this may be the case. Very disappointed with booking dot com and paid extra for the room than the motel charges.

The room was spacious, and I had ample space to sort things for the 6 days I had. Bed was excellent, showers hot. Loved the extra shelf space in the foyer area. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my request for an additional night. Initially booking me into their neighbouring hotel, with same owners, they juggled their bookings when a vacancy became available the day before, and allowed me to stay in the same room. I am truely grateful , despite organising where I could leave my car and how to get the key as I was doing an afternoon, evening tour on that last day.

From the first warm welcoming smile to the last sad shutting of room 30’s door will always have treasured memories for us. The customer service , immaculately kept gardens , size of the rooms , layout of unit , colour ,style and facilities provided , cleanliness and very importantly the cost is just outstanding. Can’t thank you enough and certainly will be recommending your business to all we speak to. You hard work is really appreciated and respected. Wishing you all the best.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the gardens and pool were beautifully kept. The location was great, on the main street, not in the middle of the town, but close enough to shops, pubs and restaurants.

Easy access to room. Decent sized with relatively updated bathroom etc. Clean, neat & nice comfy bed.

The room was clean and felt newly decorated. The bed was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. We particularly liked the larger vanity which had space for our toiletries, a rarity these days. We also requested bowls, plates and cutlery at check in, which were supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, but a car is needed to explore the river and city centre.

The room was spacious & quiet, bed was super comfy so had good nights sleep, shower pressure was excellent. I had come to Mildura for a family event & there was ample room for me to prepare what I was required to bring. The Bottanica Restaurant attached to the property had a superb room service menu & although I didnt use it, we used their take away menu with my family. Just delicious. The shops were very close & petrol station just down the road. Key drop off on departure made for an easy early morning get away.

The spa room was a pic, big, clean, beautiful and love Foxtel included. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in accomodation if you like sleeping on a cloud. Being able to watch movies in the spa was another highlight. The salt water pool was so beautiful also cold and had a shaded area that was beautiful. Also so private. Would stay there over and over again. Highly recommend.

Very friendly warm welcome on arrival.. Lovely clean, comfortable and well equipped room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Seating area, dining table for two, large TV and super comfy bed! There is a restaurant on site. room service available for dinner and breakfast.. we enjoyed our room service dinner after a long day on the road, delicious! Happy happy!

We had a one-night stay on our way to the Great Ocean Road (coming from Clare in SA). Was in the middle of winter. This placed suited us perfectly, as we got in at about 6pm. Spacious room and comfy bed. Room service available from the inhouse restaurant, which was very good. Well located to everything in town.
